Getting ready to complete day 2 - 100% Vegetarian
It’s been surprisingly ok so far. I spent some time yesterday and looked through my recipes. Over half of my recipes are vegetarian- easily about 80%. I guess I have been thinking about switching over for a while now. The religion I grew up in strongly supports a vegetarian diet, the schools I went to…ALL vegetarian. The transition from non vegetarian to vegan can be quite a jump, but there are some stable transitioning foods that are readily available at the market for you that do not contain soy. Some of which are:
Proteins & GOOD Fats:
avocados
black beans
almonds
lentils
