Getting ready to complete day 2 - 100% Vegetarian
It’s been surprisingly ok so far.  I spent some time yesterday and looked through my recipes.  Over half of my recipes are vegetarian- easily about 80%.  I guess I have been thinking about switching over for a while now.  The religion I grew up in strongly supports a vegetarian diet, the schools I went to…ALL vegetarian.  Maybe it was just a matter of time?  I don’t know -...
